Airport and other transfers

We would like to pick you up from your flight or train and take you to your hotel or other accommodation. The easiest way is to order a driver with a car or a van depending on the number of people in your group. The driver meets you (outside the custom area at the airport or at the platform station where your train comes on) with your name written on a sign and will take care of your luggage and bring you to your hotel.

Most drivers speak basic English to be able to properly communicate with you on the way to your hotel.

Our transportation service is based on a long-yeared cooperation with reputable transport companies. The size and the brand of the cars depend on the number of people in the group. We use Toyota, Mercedes, VW, Skoda, Audi, Peugeot and others.

For private tours with up to 2 people we use a 4 passanger sedan driven by our driver and our guide sitting next to him, if demanded.

For  private tours with up to 6 people  we use a van, if demanded.

For larger groups we use coaches with different number of seats – up to 19, up to 30, up to 50.

All our vehicles are  fully insured, well maintained, air-conditioned, clean and younger four years.

If flying in, we need the following information:

-your full name/s

-airline you are flying with

-flight numbers

-last town your flight is coming in from

-projected time of arrival

If taking a train, we need the following information:

-your full name/s

-which Prague railway station is your train coming to – Hlavni nadrazi, Nadrazi Holesovice or others

-exact time and date

- town your train is coming from or ideally train number (town your last train is coming from)

-projected time of arrival
